Meet our Attorney

Sharon Eldredge is the Owner and Managing Member of Eldredge & Associates PLLC. She focuses her practice on representing clients in estate planning, probate, and all types of real estate transactions including performing escrow services for real estate transfers and lease buyouts, drafting transfer deeds, residential and commercial purchase and sales, leasing, private financing, and related corporate matters. She has experience working from many perspectives and has represented buyers, sellers, lenders, builders, developers, wealth management investors, landlords and tenants.

Her estate planning practice includes a comprehensive review and drafting of many forms of estate planning documents including Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives/Living Wills, Community Property Agreements, Trusts, and Codicils.

Prior opening her firm, Sharon worked as National Underwriting Counsel for the Commercial Services Division of First American Title and as an Associate with Real Property Law Group PLLC where she worked primarily on large commercial transactions across the United States. She has many years of experience focused in the areas of transactional real estate, escrow services, estate planning, probate, and healthcare regulatory compliance. Prior to law school, Sharon worked as a real estate, estate planning and probate paralegal, Washington State Limited Practice Officer, residential escrow closer, and managed a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange company.

She received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2010 and is a Washington State University alum.

After being diagnosed and treated for melanoma with two young children, she recognized that everyone has a unique situation and she enjoys helping people meet their estate planning and life planning goals.
